Fire and sea, at one table.
Mori Yaki brings the Japanese ocakbaşı (robatayaki) tradition together with the spirit of Istanbul. On one side, skewers seared over binchotan coal; on the other, sushi shaped piece by piece. Two kitchens, around one fire.

Sea bass, jumbo prawns, teriyaki tenderloin and our signature miso eggplant, sealed over open coal. The Japanese kushiyaki tradition, with the smoke of the grill.
Sushi · Sashimi
Sea
The day's fresh catch, modern rolls and a sashimi selection. Plates that lend the classics a touch of the grill, designed to be shared.
The kitchen is open, at the centre. The fire is part of the show, not the decor.
